Self-Portrait Magazine Cover

This project is a self-portrait magazine cover created in Adobe InDesign, featuring a custom hand-drawn illustration of my face as the focal point. The design combines illustration and editorial layout to create a cohesive, personality-driven magazine aesthetic while demonstrating strong composition and typography skills.
I developed the cover using a structured grid system to balance visual hierarchy between the illustrated portrait, masthead, and supporting text. Typography choices were intentionally selected to enhance readability and reinforce the tone of the publication, while color and layout decisions were made to unify the illustration with the overall design.

This project reflects skills used in editorial design, branding, and digital publishing. Self-portrait magazine layouts are commonly used in personal branding, social media campaigns, influencer marketing, and creative portfolios, where combining illustration with professional layout design helps establish a strong and memorable visual identity.
